Booking & Tour Planning

Yes, all tickets must be purchased in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date, time, and number of tickets. Please note, we do not accept cash or walk-up bookings.

All tours are conducted in English.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions well in advance. While we strive to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee allergen-free tastings.

Yes, you may reschedule your tour with at least 24 or 48 hours’ notice depending on your tour choice. Unfortunately, date changes are not allowed within these timeframes.

You may cancel up to 14 days before your tour for a full refund, minus any unrecoverable processing fees. Cancellations made less than 24 or 48 hours before the tour, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

Absolutely! We offer non-alcoholic alternatives upon request.

Children aged 12 and older are welcome on our scheduled experience. To accommodate younger children, families are encouraged to book a private tour to ensure everyone’s comfort and enjoyment.

Yes, restrooms are accessible at various stops along the tour, and your guide will provide guidance as needed.

Gratuities for vendors are covered in the tour price. Tips for guides are appreciated but entirely optional.

Our walking tours are not wheelchair accessible due to uneven surfaces and certain route limitations. Strollers can be accommodated with lifting assistance when necessary.

Wear comfortable shoes, bring a bottle of water, sunscreen, and prepare for changing weather conditions. We’ll take care of the rest!
