Dietary Needs

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance, as these can only be accommodated with prior notice. This tour is not suitable for vegans or those with severe gluten intolerance.

Weather

Our tours run in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately, especially in summer, as the African sun is strong. Don’t forget sunscreen or a hat.

Fitness Level

Suitable for ages 12+ and most fitness levels. The walking route is mostly flat with one uphill section, covering about 3-4 km over 5 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available up to 14 days before your tour, minus any non-recoverable fees. For cancellations up to 48 hours before, we offer rescheduling at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 100% fee. If we need to cancel, a full refund will be provided.

Own Risk

Tours are conducted at your own risk. We’ll brief you on safety, including road crossing and uneven surfaces, at the start of the tour.
